Covid-19 protocol<\/h2>\n

The aim of Aelia Mount Suites is to protect its staff and guests by taking all necessary measures to prevent and protect against COVID-19 disease.<\/p>\n

Thus we have adopted all the latest safety and hygiene protocols in accordance with the updated Greek legislation on COVID- 19. More specifically, these include:<\/p>\n

Reception service<\/h4>\n

  • There is an antiseptic for use by the customer at the reception.<\/li>\n
  • Regular disinfection of the reception surfaces is applied.<\/li>\n
  • Crowding is avoided at check-in \/ check-out, physical distance is monitored.<\/li>\n
  • All room keys are carefully disinfected before you arrive at the hotel.<\/li>\n
  • Our staff is ready to welcome you, with all Personal Protective Equipment – masks and gloves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Public spaces<\/h4>\n

    • Every day, all indoor common areas are properly ventilated.<\/li>\n
    • Removal of decorative objects and common objects.<\/li>\n
    • Cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces.<\/li>\n
    • Limiting overcrowding in toilets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Employees<\/h4>\n

      • All our staff has been trained according to all the new rules of hygiene and preventive health, as well as their personal hygiene.<\/li>\n
      • We thoroughly check all the health certificates of the staff and their health condition.<\/li>\n
      • The use of gloves and a mask is applied where necessary with the possibility of constant change.<\/li>\n
